Return & Exchange Policy

At Hoorish.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, we only accept returns/exchanges on items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be returned/exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must have all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties, briefs, thongs, or similar intimate bottoms.

  • Bras that show any signs of wear.

  • Items purchased during sale/discount offers.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed in case of wrong size or product received.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product, unless the mistake was from our side (wrong item/size delivered).

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and send you the correct product.

Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • In eligible cases, refunds will be issued as store credit or a coupon code for future purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
